CloudScale is looking for a goal-oriented, driven individual to run our Client Success Management (CSM) practice. This individual will be the Director of Client Success and build the playbook for the Client Success Organization while cultivating relationships and helping clients unlock the full value of the our platform. The Director should be someone who understands how to bring the value of a software platform to an enterprise organization and make those connections seamlessly. The goal is to not only drive adoption of the platform, but also grow its application within an enterprise account to reduce customer churn rate. You will report directly to the founding partners of the the CloudScale organization.
• Must have experience building a client success operational playbook
• 7-10 years of client success or account management experience at a Software/SaaS organization
• 7-10 years working with accounts of 1000+ seats
• A deep understanding of OKRs and other key organizational key objectives
• Experience in creating and/or managing small teams
• Experienced in communicating with CxO-level executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a MUST
• Self-starter approach with an entrepreneurial spirit is a MUST, build something from the ground up
• Possess an OWNERSHIP mentality and does not need to be/nor enjoys being micromanaged
