Customer Service Representative at Aston Carter




We are hiring Call Center Representative Please read the requirements and apply if you feel like you are a match for this role! If you are selected for this role you will have the opportunity to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment. Will be required to manage a high volume of customer-facing tasks daily or be responsible for quickly and accurately performing data entry in the program's tracking system. You will be responsible for serving as the customer's primary point of contact.

  • 90 day Contract to Hire!


Field incoming calls from existing or new customers and provide a great, caring experience

• Help customers schedule an inspection of their property

• Assist customers in renewing their monthly/yearly memberships

• Enter the correct dates and times of the appointments into the system

• Ensure the customer is satisfied with the job being done


4 weeks of Paid Training ( No Planned time off during this time)

6am-8pm Mon-Sunday

Must be open to working a shift within the range above. Need to be open to working weekends.

6 months- 1yr of customer service

Call Center experience and Data entry is a plus
